Winter is coming and we’re excited for our upcoming BLACK PANTHER Transformation Retreat. These 7 days are to transform your boundaries – strengthening them where they protect your values, and expanding them where they are limiting you.

The retreat starts with a welcoming and team-building afternoon. We create the space for you to feel comfortable and relax. You’ll arrive in the villa and meet your retreat peers. Together, we’ll have time to check out the area around and connect with playful Authentic Relating exercises.

The next three days invite you to balance – with a regular rhythm, morning and evening rituals in the group, and delicious healthy food. Each day is dedicated to one topic to attune you more and more to your natural expression:

Gain clarity on your values and your life
Let go of limiting beliefs
Expand yourself beyond limits
After doing this groundwork, you’re heart, body and mind are strengthened for the ceremonies. We’ll have a cacao ritual together and a ceremony with Rapeh, a shamanic plant medicine from the indigenious tribes in from the Amazon.

We will close the week with a temascál, a traditional earth-sauna, to sweat out any remaining blockages and free yourself for the change you want to manifest. You’ll have time to cool down and we’ll support you to integrate your new experiences.

DAY 1 Arrival & Connection with the retreat group.

DAY 2 Orientation on status quo in your different areas of life. Gain clarity on your values as a source.

DAY 3 Identify and let go of limiting beliefs. Activity in nature to ground the space that’s now free.

DAY 4 Expand yourself beyond mental and physical limits. Express emotions and release energy.

DAY 5 Cacao ceremony for heart opening and inner alignment.

DAY 6 Plant medicine ceremony with "Rapeh", a shamanic tobacco from the native tribes of the Amazon. For grounding and strong self-leadership.

DAY 7 Sweatlodge & Integration of experiences.

Highlights

Going through transformative changes in our lives ourselves, we looked out for what helped us most. It was humour, ease, guidance to go deep, having the right people around us and the bliss of indigenous shamanic rituals.

At the core, it is all about learning to set and respect your own boundaries, while staying vulnerable and open for human connection. With a breeze of joy and not taking things too seriously. This is what makes the flavour of the BLACK PANTHER Transformation Retreat. It is a special mix between retreat – going inward – and adventure.
